Clean Juice University
Prior to opening, you and your management team will join us at our Certified Training Stores near our headquarters in Charlotte, NC, for Clean Juice University. This training offers a comprehensive overview of owning a Clean Juice franchise, from our culture to daily operations to expectation setting… and just about everything in between!

Our Home Office Trainers will join you at your location to help you and your team prepare for your launch. They’ll lead the pre-opening process and teach you and your team all about Clean Juice in both classroom and hands-on sessions. Once you open your doors, they’ll stay and support you during your Soft Opening and offer continued development as you and your team introduce your health food franchise to people in your community.
Our Continuous Support Program
The success of our juice bar franchise is dependent on the success of each of our Franchisees. The Clean Juice team provides a deeper level of support and makes sure you are fully supported before, during, and after the opening of your store.
You've heard it before. Retail is all about location, location, location. That's why we work together with you and a professional broker to help identify the best location possible. Using third party software and demographic information, we'll help you identify then negotiate a lease to start building your future Clean Juice store.
Clean Juice has established relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure your launch is easier and with less hassle. You’ll have access to the very best products and services, including opening inventory, equipment, supplies, fixtures, and more.
Your Clean Juice store will be staffed by a family of employees who will be the face of the brand and act as important ambassadors. Most locations follow a simple staffing model of one General Manager, one Assistant Manager, 3 - 5 Shift Leaders, and 15 – 18 Juiceristas (baristas for juice).
